We are proud to celebrate the success of Lilli-Mae Broadhurst, who has been named the British Woodworking Federation (BWF) Apprentice of the Year 2024. Starting her career as an apprentice at Gowercroft Joinery, Lilli-Mae has demonstrated outstanding skill, dedication, and craftsmanship. Her achievement reflects both her own commitment and the strength of Gowercroft’s apprenticeship training programme, reinforcing our ongoing passion for developing the next generation of master craftsmen.
